just a day at the beach.
Tarpon Springs. SO HOT. so fun. Enjoying the time we can spend with our family now that we are close!
home sweet home
Well, we.are.here. All moved in, and getting settled one day at a time. SO thankful for our (new) home. Grateful for being settled & praying for the humility to continue to thank God for it.

fire truck.
One of the sweetest things I've seen since coming back down to our old stompin grounds is taking James to see where Matt used to work at the fire station. This little Joe Cool wore Daddy's sunglasses the whole way to the station & his little motor was running!
"I drive the fire truck, I drive the fire truck, you drive Daddy? Your fire truck Daddy? I drive. "
Boys & the fire trucks. James was handing out truck to each of us, and somehow Mommy was given the ambulance to drive. Is that a testament of my driving skills?? haha. James wanted to drive the ladder truck & Daddy the tanker truck. "Dis one fer you, Mommy. You drive dis one. Daddy dis one a you Daddy, you drive dis one. Dis one a James, James fire truck"
I am so thankful for having the opportunity for our boys to grow up knowing what a real hero their Daddy was/is. A gift I never could have given myself- seeing it with their own eyes will be truly an inspiration to them. I hope to never forget what it was like to have him away every 3rd night on duty & to always support the local stations. Even a little gift of dessert goes a long way to say thank.you.for.what.you.do.
See (Sea) World
Our little family waiting for Shamu - Shamoo - the famous whale. ;-) We texted our pic and even got to see ourselves up on the big screen! Somehow we got to see our (2nd cousin) niece Amelia too!! haha
Here he is, Shamu, Shamoo. Actually, I have no idea if that's him or not. Or if Shamu(oo) is a him.
Our boys waiting to see the Dolphin show. Big kisses from little Hayden.
James may prefer hugs. ;-) Soo sweet.
Mommy making a 'Hayden' face... He's my silly guy.
Enjoying being FL residents and taking in some of their sights/sounds/attractions. It's good to explore the joy of the place you are- and I'm hoping we can continue to learn this more&more.
