road trip.

We had the fun of heading down to my parents' at the end of February this year- we normally go on our family ski trip, but this year it didn't happen.  So, instead we packed up and heading down to Florida.  We traded our snow for sun. :-)

My little Hayden keeps making me think he may turn out a red head.  I don't think so really, but still its fun to see it so red in the bright sunlight.

We were missin' us some Grammy & Papa.  And, I think they were missing us too. :-)  I like to call this one "baby-kiss-attack!!"  If you have been the 'victim' of little Hayden's kisses, then you know what I mean!

James had some good snuggle time with his Papa.  He is so funny about his Papa- can't quite get enough.

I like to think he's in for a treat when we get to take him to Sea World one of these days. haha.

c'est la vie.

Ole Roosevelt ran away about 6 or 7 times this February.  We are lucky that so many of our neighbors were happy to catch him and call us.  He is lucky that he didn't sun out into traffic.  We are all glad that his 'escape' route in our gate has been fixed!!  Oh, Roosevelt.

Matt and James riding the train in the Gastonia mall.  We went for a family picture at the Olan Mills.  I would highly recommend AGAINST going there.  IT WAS MISERABLE.  Pictures of just how miserable to come... we get to pick them up this week. ha.

Play time at the Park.  What is better than swings with your brother.  It's a tough life.

James and Hayden are starting to 'play' together.  I love the concentration going on here.  Most of the interaction is still so short: James taking toys from Hayden- Hayden chasing James across the room because he likes James' toys better.  It's pretty cute.  I'm enjoying it probably more than they are sometimes.

I'm still trying to get a shot of them together.  Can't make it happen.  I love the total indifference on James' face while Hayden was soo smiley.  hilarious.  I'm not giving up. :-)
